"All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast" Andes restaurant is situated in the heart of Dubai and serves South American cuisine. It caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and is ideal for a family gathering as well as for a business meeting. There is seating both indoors and outdoors which you can choose from, depending on the weather. The restaurant is easy to locate once you are in the Trade Centre area on Sheikh Zayed Road. We visited as a couple for breakfast on a Friday. As it was warm, we chose to sit indoors. Here is a review of what we tasted: 1. Cafe latte: It was freshly brewed and had an authentic taste. Brown sugar cubes were served on the side. 2. Green Apple: This was a refreshing drink that also served as a detox. Being environmental friendly, Andes restaurant made use of a glass straw for this drink! 3. French toast: This is one of the most popular items at Andes, and rightly so, because I have never tasted French Toast this good! All the ingredients were fresh and delicious and went well perfectly! I highly recommend this one - it's a mustestest try! 4. Rescoldo grilled potato: This delicious potato dish was something new to me - it was made nutritious with the addition of asparagus and kale. 5. Smashed avocado: This consisted of smashed avocado and coriander pesto on sour dough bread, topped with egg brule. A yummy combination served with spinach leaves! We had to share this dish as the serving was large. 6. Lamb omelette: This was a large serving of omelette with shredded lamb on sour dough bread, topped with spinach leaves. However, I felt that the taste of the lamb slightly overpowered the taste of the omelette. I would have preferred a little less of shredded lamb in the omelette. As the serving is large, this dish can be shared. The ambience of this fine-dining restaurant is wonderful. There is plenty of seating indoors as well as outdoors, so you may choose where to sit, depending on the weather. Being a fine-dining restaurant, the prices may seem to be a bit high, but the quality of food is excellent. As the servings are large, the dishes can be shared with your fellow-diners. This was a wonderful fine dining breakfast experience for us! The staff is quite friendly. The chef who greeted us at our table was particularly welcoming and polite. Paid car parking is available in the basement of the building.
